Please Note: All fish will have the minimum bid set at $3.00 unless noted otherwise.
Show & auction Fish - 75% / 25%
Auction Only Fish (limit 15)- 50% / 50%
PRE-REGISTRATION IS REQUIRED
All entrys must be submitted on IBC ENTRY FORMS as provided on the back cover of FLARE
or in an electronic spread sheed compatable with Microsoft EXCEL.
2008 Class List & Entry Form

Richard Smart before 8:00 p.m. Wednesday, May 27 th.
Please provide shipping details including tracking numbers on your Entry Form.
This is to insure that all shipped fish are accounted for.
Mail-in entries must be received no later than 6 PM (Texas Time), Thursday, May 28 th.
If you include a phone number, we will call you and verify your fish have arrived.
Walk in entries will be accepted until 8am Saturday morning provided pre-registration was submitted.

PayPal is accepted, send payment to our Treasurer Jay Jaetzold
All shipments must include Entry Fees. Fees will not be taken from auction procedes.
Fish received without Entry Fees will not be shown.
INCLUDE WITH YOUR SHIPMENT
Entry Forms (hard copy), Entry Fees, Return Shipping Postage,
and return shipping bags (enough for double bagging ) must be included with your shipment.
Please note: We will charge for supplies necessary for return shipment home.
All fish are to be double bagged as per IBC Guidelines,
Show Manual, Section1, Chapter 2, Paragraph 3.
Avoid feeding your fish 24 hrs prior to shipping
RETURN POSTAGE
Any fish that is not sold at auction and and not having return postage will become a club donation.
